Capture the label

Elemental for iPhone
A private supplement and medication log. Elemental keeps an honest record of your routine, then looks for patterns around the moments it changed — and keeps every bit of it on your iPhone.
A health log is only worth keeping if you trust where it goes. So Elemental has no account, no server, and nothing to sell you.
How it works
Photograph a Supplement Facts label. Elemental reads it on your device, proposes the ingredients and amounts, and waits for you to confirm before anything is saved.
Mark scheduled doses taken or skipped, add a past or unscheduled intake, and build a ledger of what really happened — not what was planned for you.
Optionally connect Apple Health. When your log confirms a change in intake, Elemental compares what came before it with what came after.
Capture
Supplement labels are small, inconsistent and easy to mistype — exactly the kind of error that quietly corrupts months of records later. Elemental reads the label with on-device text recognition and hands you a draft to check, not a fact to trust.
Record
A plan is an intention. Elemental keeps the two apart, so the record you look back at is the one you actually lived: real times, real amounts, and skipped doses that stay skipped instead of quietly becoming intake.
Insights
Elemental waits for your log to confirm that something in your routine actually changed. Only then does it compare the weeks either side — and it only says something when there is enough data to say anything at all.

Privacy
A privacy policy is a promise about what a company will do with your data. Elemental takes the simpler route: there is no server to send it to.
Elemental 1.0 is in App Store review as of September 2026. A download link will appear here once it is live.
